Push-Up Challenge
For the second year in a row, I’m taking on 2,000 push-ups over 23 days in February (February 05 - 27). This challenge is about supporting mental health and opening space for conversation and care.
As a psychologist working in a community mental health clinic, I see firsthand the significant toll mental health challenges can take on individuals and communities. I also see how difficult it can be to access timely and adequate support. For these reasons, I’m proud to take part in this challenge again this year.
This event helps raise funds for mental health resources across Canada. I’m grateful for any support, whether that’s a donation, sharing the message, or a few words of encouragement.
You can follow along with my progress, or, if you’re able, make a donation in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) using the link below.
