Sunday Spotlight Recap

It’s the final Sunday of 2025, and I’m using it to compile all of my “Sunday Spotlights” from the year. The intention behind these posts was to reframe Sundays; rather than getting caught in the Sunday Scaries, focus on how we take on the week with our values guiding us.

I tried to post a question each Sunday to guide some intention setting and reflection for the upcoming week. The questions were meant to serve as an opportunity to reground ourselves and be intentional in the coming days. I’ve brought them together in a list, so if any feel particularly anchoring, you can pocket them for the year ahead.

  • Is there a habit you can start or strengthen that aligns with what you care about most?

  • How can you bring more kindness, integrity, or gratitude into your week?

  • Which value feels most important for you to prioritize this week?

  • Where in your life are you living on autopilot, and what might shift if you acted more intentionally?

  • What can you say “no” to this week to make more space for what matters?

  • What mindset shift could help you stay connected to your values this week?

  • Which values feels most important for you to prioritize this week?

  • When did you feel most like yourself this past week? How can you bring that forward into the coming week?

  • What value driven expectations might you need for yourself this week?

  • How can you create time for rest, creativity, or learning in a way that aligns with your values?

  • What do you need to protect time and energy for this week?

  • What is something happening this week that you are dreading? How can you approach it openly and mindfully instead?

  • What’s one small way you can reconnect with something you love this week?

  • When you find yourself distracted this week, what value can you use to bring yourself back to the present?

  • What progress have you made on a goal lately and how can you continue to focus on growth over perfection this week?

  • What is a challenge you’re facing right now and what values will support you in taking it on?

  • How will you fill your cup this week? How can you carve out time to rest, recharge and nourish yourself so that you are well taken care of?

  • Which part of your life feels most aligned with your values right now? Which feels misaligned?

  • If overwhelm shows up this week, what helps you feel grounded? What value can you return to?

  • With the holidays nearing, what values feel most important to you right now?
